The Production Process
We offer a production process that is clear, easy, and repeatable, designed to help your team avoid the usual roadblocks that happen during development. Each project milestone and related activities are noted below. The timeline begins at the ‘Share’ stage and takes 4-6 weeks to complete a Product/Service Demo or 6-8 weeks for an Explainer (including feedback).

At the project kickoff stage, we’ll have a short meeting to review project goals, scope, and timelines. We’ll also provide you with tools to help you identify and assemble key messages for your story and ensure everyone on your team is on the same page early in the process.
Share
Content Collection
Using the “Proof Points” doc provided at kickoff, your team will share your story with us in a recorded Zoom meeting. We’ll ask questions and explore concepts to ensure sure we fully understand the audience situation and your solution, which forms the basis for the script.
Write
Story Development
Our writers will review the recorded meeting and your other messaging materials to create a draft script that accurately reflects what you shared with us, in a style that is concise, conversational, and that appeals to your target customer. When ready, we’ll share it online for team feedback.
Draw
Concepts & Artwork
Our team of designers will generate style frames for each section of the approved script and assemble them in a storyboard. This way you can verify branding and creative concepts before we begin to animate. Note, this stage only applies to Explainer videos (and sometimes Hybrids).
Build
Animation & Editing
At this stage everything comes together. After approving the artwork, we’ll record the script with your professional voice talent and begin animating your video. While it’s technically a ‘draft’, this version has all the elements of your final video, and your team can review and suggest edits as needed.
Deliver
Final Exports
